Frequently asked questions

We prefer 24 hours' notice, but can sometimes accommodate bookings 2–3 hours in advance depending on availability.

Shuttle buses require a 6-hour minimum, and limousines require a 3-hour minimum. Sedans are priced per transfer. Contact us for specific pricing on each vehicle.

Within a 10-mile radius, we charge based on the scheduled start time. For long-distance service outside 10 miles, billing starts when the chauffeur leaves the garage.

We accept all major credit cards.
